01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ak4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing ak4444 at ak4444.co, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on ak4444, including sports betting, arcade games such as King of Fishing, casino games such as Double Exposure Blackjack, and any other games or features made available on the platform now or in the future.

If you are accessing ak4444 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In all cases, the individual using the account is personally responsible for compliance with these Terms.

02 Account Registration

To use ak4444, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your mobile number.
• Each person may hold only one account on ak4444. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ak4444 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered with false information will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

ak4444 uses OTP verification via your registered mobile number to confirm account ownership. You are responsible for ensuring your mobile number remains active and accessible. If your number changes, update your account details immediately by contacting support.

03 Deposits and Payments

ak4444 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your ak4444 wallet balance in BDT with no currency conversion applied.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ak4444 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Only send deposits from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending verification.
• ak4444 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider.

04 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Larger withdrawals may require identity verification before processing. ak4444 will notify you if this applies to your request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• ak4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• ak4444 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Mobile wallet provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, contact ak4444 support with your transaction reference number. The support team is available 24/7 and will investigate promptly.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ak4444 are subject to the general rules set out here and the specific rules of each individual game or market. Players are encouraged to review the game-specific rules available on the Game Information page before placing bets.

• The minimum bet across all games and markets on ak4444 is ৳50.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• ak4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Bets on events that are cancelled before they commence will be refunded in full.
• For events that start but are abandoned before completion, settlement will follow the specific rules of that game or market as documented on the Game Information page.
• ak4444 does not accept bets placed after an event has started unless the market is explicitly offered as a live or in-play market.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and will be displayed at the time of bet placement.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ak4444 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated with the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated with each offer.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated with each offer.
• ak4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not withdrawable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak4444:

• Registering more than one account.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, software exploits, or any other means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ak4444 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform that are not intended for general player use.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ak4444 staff or other players.

ak4444 monitors accounts for prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, ak4444 may immediately suspend or close the account, void all pending and settled bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ak4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after any applicable verification is completed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ak4444 support. Requests to close an account will be processed within 24 hours.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on ak4444 — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game graphics, text, and software — is the property of ak4444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ak4444 content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

ak4444 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• ak4444 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• ak4444 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• ak4444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• In all cases, ak4444's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

ak4444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on ak4444, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.

ak4444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, and complying with legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ak4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — lock your account for a period of your choosing, from 30 days to permanent.

These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time. If you choose to self-exclude, ak4444 will close your account for the selected period. You must not attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.
